How we’ll help you rent your new home
Finding a property
The first step is to register with us, so that we know your budget and the kind of property you’re looking to rent. We’ll let you know when a suitable new property becomes available.
Once a rental property catches your eye, email or call us and we’ll arrange a viewing. You’ll be shown around by one of our experienced team members who can answer your questions.
Because we invest time building a rapport with our landlords, when you rent with McKenzie Sakowicz you know you’ll be letting from a trustworthy, engaged property owner.
Your deposit will be fully protected under the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and all running costs for the property will be covered so there’s nothing to worry about.
You’ll have continued support from an experienced member of our lettings team throughout your tenancy from start to finish.
Before you can take on a rental property, you will need to complete tenant referencing. This may sound difficult but we will talk you through the entire process.

What you will need to provide for tenant referencing
In order to rent a property, you will need to provide several things to show that you can afford to pay the rent, are legally allowed to rent in England, and that you will take good care of the property. These checks will include:
- Proof of Income
- Previous Landlord References
- Employer References
- Guarantor Checks (if required)
